DIAGNOSE CTE Research Project
Caregiver Resources
Alzheimer’s Association
The Association works to provide care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and all other dementia. They provide caregivers and families with comprehensive online resources and information through our Alzheimer's and Dementia caregiving section, which features sections on early-stage, middle-stage and late-stage caregiving.
Association for Frontotemporal Dementias
AFTD offers a range of different resources to help people living with Frontotemporal dementia participate in the lives of their family, friends, and community after diagnosis by helping you learn about the diagnosis, make arrangements for care, and find support and practical advice from peers who are also living with FTD. AFTD’s Helpline provides information on the diagnosis or care, support groups in your area, and information on participating in research.

Cure PSP
A key part of CurePSP’s mission of care, consciousness, and cure is to provide relevant, up-to-date information on prime-of-life brain diseases, such as CTE. These resources are for patients, families, and friends seeking to educate themselves, and others, about these diseases and their causes, symptoms, trajectory, treatments, management, etc. This information is sourced from credible peer-reviewed scientific sources only and is updated as breakthroughs in our understanding of these diseases occur.
Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA)
Family Caregivers Association (FCA) provides services to family caregivers of adults with physical and cognitive impairments, such as Parkinson’s, stroke, Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia. Their services include assessment, care planning, direct care skills, wellness programs, respite services, and legal/financial consultation vouchers.
